Mars Law Firm

We are an international, independent law firm, leader in consulting and assistance in all areas of business law. We are strong of over 30 professionals, located in our 5 offices, in Italy and abroad. The study was born from the meeting of 3 structured law firms, immediately ready to be international, opening five offices at the same time: Milan, Florence, Rome, Naples and New York.

For over 20 years we have been working with Italian and foreign companies in their ordinary and extraordinary activities. The intuition of the founders, attorneys Massimiliano Motta, Antonio Amati, Valerio Romano and Marco Sozio, is to create a law firm with international capabilities. The international vocation of the law firm is clear from the beginning to its
founders, who decided to open five offices at the same time. The first four offices in Italy have been opened with the objective of working closely with our Italian customers, the internationals are aimed at effectively managing our Clients with international interests and activities.

We aim to quickly become the main reference in the field of legal assistance to both national and international companies. The original office network will soon be integtrated by new openings in the main Italian and European business centers, to ensure efficiency and providing guidance in all aspect of business matters to the Italian companies that have operational offices abroad or the ones that choose the path of internationalization.

In January 2019, to get closer to customers in North-Eastern Italy and to strengthen its presence in the areas of greatest interest for maritime and shipping law, the MARS headquarters in Venice were opened.
